Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
