Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately prepare and package orders for timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Previous Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy.
- Safety Focused: Must adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
