Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid forklift certification is required; training provided if unlicensed.
- Background Check: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
