Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure clear pathways and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/outdoor areas).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
