Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Prepare and pack orders for timely shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
