Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order picking with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure proper packaging and labeling before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (Excel/RF systems).
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
