Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not always required).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or handheld scanners is an advantage.
