Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily quotas.
- Load and unload trucks and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- No prior warehouse experience required; we teach you the rest!
