Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing slips and ensure accurate documentation.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution with strict adherence to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and throughput targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity during storage and handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
