Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse facility.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
