Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification required), and conveyors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and update inventory management systems.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Arlington, VA facility.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
