Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
