Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification provided upon hire), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
