Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging, labeling, and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading dock).
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting; strong attention to detail; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
