Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and organized.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and aptitude for using scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
