Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory levels and report discrepancies remotely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with the remote logistics team to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
