Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks with a focus on cargo safety and proper handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding material handling and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required for specific roles).
