Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Assist in cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
