As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and shipped on time. We offer a modern, climate-controlled facility and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect, pack, and label products for shipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying freight against shipping documents.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
