Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, manage stock rotation, and ensure all inventory is organized and easily accessible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to shipments and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
