Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels by organizing warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates looking to start their career.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
