Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Assist in the preparation of outbound shipments and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items up to 50+ lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
