Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level positions).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
