Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Verify product quality and package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Stock Organization: Rotate stock and ensure proper labeling and storage according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and computer literacy (ERP systems experience is a plus).
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
