Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and other records to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment using proper packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to track inventory levels and locations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the stock report.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience (1+ years) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity targets.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for role) or willingness to obtain certification.
