Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping processes efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock and merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with general warehouse maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
