Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
