Key Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure the safety and organization of the warehouse floor, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle package preparation and documentation processing with precision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
