Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock and materials.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor, pack them securely for shipping, and prepare documentation for outbound orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Stock Organization: Keep warehouse aisles organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload delivery trucks in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners (RF Guns) effectively.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
