Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and picking tickets.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
