Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in an organized manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if applicable, otherwise willing to train).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
