Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
