Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and scanning of merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to adhere to safety standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable.
