Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Verify order accuracy and quality control before shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
