Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and verify stock accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and loading.
- Load and unload freight trucks with speed and precision, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
