Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy against packing slips.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service by ensuring timely shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
