Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning and WMS systems
- Ensure product quality and proper storage conditions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document daily activities in warehouse management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Flexible availability for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
