Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Utilize overtime opportunities to maximize earning potential during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
