Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking/packing with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in OSHA-compliant manner
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts in real-time WMS system
- Optimize warehouse flow through strategic pallet placement and slotting
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen events)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/logistics experience or equivalent training
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with proper ergonomics
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and WMS navigation
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Strong math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
