Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operations.
- Perform light maintenance and organization of stock bins and aisles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
