Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control standards.
- Scan barcodes and utilize RF scanners to manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
