Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process customer orders and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
