Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any issues or damage before and after shifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper labeling of shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and labeling tasks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
