Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trailers and trucks quickly and safely during the shift.
- Documentation: Complete necessary shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the facility.
