Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Unload inbound freight and organize warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S methodology) at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of new warehouse associates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
