Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work history.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
