Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas to optimize workflow
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in cold environments (warehouse temperatures)
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
