Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided on-site).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English language skills are required for safety communication.
