Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory items to ensure accurate tracking and efficient warehouse flow.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards and are free of damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining warehouse machinery and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
