Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance.
